Pooja Khanna is a food blogger and a baking expert with a decent follower base on conventional social media platforms. She used to engage with her followers using her website (2blissofbanking.com), Facebook and Instagram through various types of content. She wanted to extend her presence on voice assistant-based platforms like Amazon Alexa and provide interactive experience to her followers.

We conducted voice platform awareness and strategy building workshops. We also developed a roadmap of Alexa Skills and content to progressively create user engagement and set foundation for monetisation. ‘Pooja’s Kitchen Tips’ is a multi-modal Alexa skill in Hinglish built to drive user engagement and leverages Pooja’s own voice to bring personal touch. This skill was developed for three surfaces – namely Smart Speaker, Smart Display and Mobile App.
